Delivery & Service Info.
In order to accurately plan for automatic deliveries, we rely on certain information from our customers. We need the exact size of the fuel tank(s) and you must notify us of any changes in the use or discontinuance of supplemental fuels or other household changes. In the event of a run out due to inaccurate tank size information and/or discontinuance of supplemental heat or household changes without notification to the company, any related charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Automatic Delivery accounts with an overdue balance will be stopped until balance is paid in full or current. Oil customers on Automatic Delivery receive 5 cents off per gallon while Automatic Delivery remains in effect. (Propane Customers Excluded.). Tanks must be filled on each delivery . Written notice must be given when Automatic Delivery is cancelled. You will be set up on automatic delivery, subject to approval and notified accordingly. (There is no charge for this service).
